Five St joseph's pupils holding a poster they drew for springThe school community is preparing for its next Parents’ Evening, scheduled for Tuesday 24th March, with the event beginning promptly at 2:15pm. Following the overwhelming success of last term’s Parents’ Evening—where almost every family took part—the school is delighted to continue with the improved format that received such positive feedback. You can now book your timeslot through the Arbor app!

Last term’s changes created a warm, accessible, and engaging environment for families, and the response from parents and carers was extremely encouraging. As a result, all of the popular features will return this term:

  • Childcare will be provided
  • Children in Years 4–6 are welcome to attend with their parents
  • A relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the school hall
  • Opportunities for families to view children’s work on display
  • All year groups located together in one shared space, making it easier for parents to move between teachers

To support the smooth running of the event, school will close at 2:00pm on the day—for this day only. Staff will then prepare the hall and shared spaces to welcome families for an afternoon of conversation, celebration, and collaboration.

Parents’ Evening continues to be an important opportunity for teachers and families to connect, discuss progress, and share the achievements of the pupils. The school looks forward to another high level of attendance and an enjoyable afternoon for everyone involved.
